Welcome to real estate at Smialek Law. I am Art Smialek. My goal is to help you.

I have been an attorney practicing in real estate for many years. My experience is varied and extensive. I’m an active member of both the Ohio Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. I am a member of the Ohio Land Title Association and have leadership experience on the Association’s Board of Trustees. I am a past president of the Cleveland Title Association. I have mentored hundreds of professionals as an adjunct member teaching Real Estate Law at Cuyahoga Community College. And I am here to help you. I have taught classes in Real Estate Law in continuing legal education courses, continuing title insurance courses, and in community education courses.
